Hi all, we know it’s been some time we haven’t published in our blog, but here we are with some tips to ease this days we are facing when, staying at home and social distancing, is critical and crucial for a greater good.
We will be facing ups and downs, mood swings, anxiety at times… and its normal, we have to be aware of it and accept that it will happen… good news? It’s temporary and soon will be over!
So, to ease this time when many of us are asked to stay in and work from home we’ve put together a few tips to make it better!

Things to look into which are important about your posture when sitting down are:
- Adjust the height. Feet fully supported by the floor.
